Our mares are all special. The are not just numbers in the field. Each has a name, a job and a place in our hearts. We selected our mares very carefully and each mare was brought here for her own special reason. We do everything we can to ensure that are mares are healthy and that our foals are born perfectly healthy. The mares get all of their required shots, the best feed and hay we can provide, supplements and they are wormed on schedule. 60 days before foaling, we take the mares off pasture (we have fescue in the grass) and we feed alfalfa/orchard grass hay along with feeding grain twice a day. Our mares all foal out in a 12ft x 24ft foaling stall that has a night vision camera for easy monitoring.
